Soccer is on the move and had their 1st game last week. They won one and sadly lost one. Last week the soccer team did not play so great. The second game they played much better. The soccer team plays Bethlehem on Thursday the 24th. Their next game will be on the29th against St. Johns B. They are hoping to win a lot more games. They are working hard in practice and still running a lot. The volleyball varsity team played a tournament this weekend at Bethlehem. The first game we were playing St. Johns, the varsity lost against them. The next morning we had to be there at 8:00 a.m. We played against Gethsemane. We won. Then we had to wait three and a half hours waiting to play the next game, against Peace with Christ. Both teams were great, but we played to the glory of God and that was what we went there to do. Erin Kaelin had a big skating competition and she did great. She was not feeling good but she pushed through. Just like any good sports player would and doing that she got 4th place. GO ERIN! We have been having a lot going on in sports go sports! We are proud to be Rams. GO RAMS!

This month we have soccer and volleyball also have sports outside of school, like
horseback riding, hockey, and other sports. In volleyball the girls won both JV and Varsity against Redeemer Vikings. The game was very slow because it was the first game of the season, and everybody was just getting warmed up. JV won the game against Gethsemane but sadly the Varsity did not, both teams played hard and did their best and we are looking forward to a good season. In soccer practice we are doing a lot of running. We also have been working on shielding. Having lots of fun and sweating a lot. This week we have 2 games. Our games this week are against Zion Lions, and Trinity Franktown eagles both away games. Both great teams. The soccer team lost sadly against Zion they played hard and had a good game. They are looking forward to winning the rest. We are sure they will win more. In both volleyball and soccer, we are doing great and getting better every practice and game we are learning a lot of new stuff and a lot of strategies. We are proud to be Rams! |
